Because of a rainy saturday, I started to try new snacks in my kitchen! One of these were "Super quick Super balls". I found this recipe from Cocovi's Kitchen. I've been following Outi's blog KitchenChameleon already long time. I really like her recipes, cause its simple enough to make it at home. Have a look if you are interested in raw foods.
1/2 cup gojis (blend it separately to flour)
3 tbsp of hemp seeds
2 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of lucuma (I didn't have this one, and came out good without)
1 tbsp of bee pollen
1tsp of orange skin
1 tsp of ginger
just a bit of black pepper
2-3 tbsp of honey
2 cup of cashews (blend it separately to butter)
Nama superpallot onnistuivat kylla tosi hyvin, ja mita pikkuisen jo ehdin maistaa, niin maku oli aivan ihana! Appelsiinin kuori tuo jotenkin ihanan raikasta makua palloon! Nailla voimapalloilla jaksaa hyvin iltapaivan energiavajeen ylitse. Nami nami
Blend gojis separately so it comes flour. Then blend cashews, so it comes butter. Mix 1/2 of the goji flour, cashew butter and rest of the ingredients together (save 1/2 of the goji flour to cover the balls). You can add some water if its dry, I added 2 tsp. Then cover the balls with goji flour. All this takes under 10mins!
These balls came out so yummy. The orange peel gave so freshing taste on it. With these power balls you have enough energy in the afternoon! Yummy :)
