Warm Chicken Salad with Feta cheese
Mache (vuonankaalia)
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Some Feta cheese
Grilled chicken (I marinated this one with some pesto!)
+ Black Pepper
Mutta ennen tata kavin tekemassa paivan treenin salilla! Vuorossa selka, hauis ja olkapaat! Ohjelmaan otin mukaan leuanvedon (avustettuna)! Tarkoituksena olisi kehittya tassa vahan paremmaksi... Mutta paivan liike tanaan oli, Seated Two Arm Row with Rotation! Koko yla-ja keskiselka, hauikset ja olkapaat paasevat kunnolla toihin! Myos keskivartalo tyoskentelee, kun olet hieman takakenossa! Alla olevasta kuvasta (ylhaalla vasemmalla!) naet liikkeen suoritustavan. Liikkeen tein 3x 12 (molemmat kadet) ja tasta suoraan hauiskaantoon kasipainoilla! :)
After todays exercise, I made some grilled chicken salad with feta cheese. (Straight after the gym, I had the rest of the smoothie... that I didn't throw all over the place...).
But well... so before the lunch, I went to the gym, and did back, biceps and shoulder exercises. I am training now pull ups, I hope to get much better... But todays exercise was Seated 2 arm row with rotation. I used this Free motion machine to do it. It really makes you to work your upper-and middle back muscles, biceps and shoulders. And because you are leaning a bit backwards, it makes you to work your core muscles too!
