Tama ei kuitenkaan riittanyt, vaan halusin testata viela "mokkapaloja" puhtaista raaka-aineista, ilman valkoista sokeria, vehnajauhoja ja maitotuotteita! Tama ohje kaipaa kuitenkin viela vahan kehittelya, silla maku ei mielestani ollut viela taydellinen... Ulkonaollisesti ihan ok, mutta maussa jaatiin kakkoseksi proteiinipatukoille!!! Taytyy maistaa huomenna uudelleen...

Ja kun kerran oikein leipomaan innostuttiin, niin teimme viela tyton kanssa suklaamuffinsseja! Toiveena lapsilla oli, etta tehdaan ihan vaan tavallisia... ei raakoja :)
Vahan kuitenkin improvisoitiin, silla kaapista ei enaa valkoista sokeria loydy ja jauhoina kaytimme mantelijauhoja. Hyvin menivat kaupaksi!

Like I already wrote, today was a baking day! I started with some protein bars, which were super yummy! Way better than last time. This time the chocolate covering was perfect, I could have probably put even a little bit more ;) Using the raw chocolate powder is the best, because it still has all the Vitamin C, antioxidants and all the other good stuff on it! Heating it on high temperatures kills the benefits...
But this wasn't enough... I wanted to try some "chocolate cakes" as well (not raw) but with healthier ingredients. No white flour, sugar or dairy! This one still needs a bit adjust so I wont share the recipe... Looks better than taste... I need to give it a second chance tomorrow ;)
Then my daughter wanted to bake to, but something NOT raw! :) So we made some chocolate muffins... a bit healthier ... we don't have white sugar any more... They didn't notice any difference and ate it all smile in the face :)
