Ennen kuutta olinkin sitten jo hereilla, ja nalka oli melkoinen! Leipaa avocadolla, kurkulla ja salaatilla, jugurttia trail mixilla ja puolukoilla + kahvi. Kroppa voi hyvin, ei minkaanlaista jumia tai kireytta jaloissa. Vois vaikka lahtea lenkille ;) No ei sentaan... Aamun lempea hot jooga teki hyvaa lihaksille.

And here's some pics from my great week...
Life is winning again :) Last nights sauna relaxed my muscles and "already" at 9.30pm I was able to have my dinner, left over pasta from friday night. My movie night ended quite shortly, cause I fell in sleep, and woke up in the end... not a surprise though!
This morning I was up by 6am, and felt so hungry! Some bread with avocado, cucumber and salad, soy yoghurt with some lingonberries and trail mix + coffee. My body is feeling great, not any signs of aches or pain... I could go for a run ;) No, not today... just some yoga and chilling :)
