Viime viikon treenit meni aika lailla suunnitelmien mukaan. Sunnuntain juoksun takia, jatin talla viikolla salitreenit minimiin... tai siis kokonaan! Potkunyrkkeily meni kylla salitreenista, sen verran tuntui kasissa, kyljissa ja hartioissa...
My last weeks exercises went like I planned. Because of Sundays race, I didn't go to the gym. Only kickboxing on tuesday.
MONDAY: Easy recovery run 40mins, 7km (I did my long run day before)
TUESDAY: Running 20mins (warm up) + Kickboxing 60min
WEDNESDAY: -
THURSDAY: Running, Intervals 1x10min, 2x5min, 2x3min, 2x2min with 2-3min easy running between intervals. Total= 70min, 13km
FRIDAY: Running, 50min, 9km
SATURDAY: -
SUNDAY: Race; Warm up 30min, Race 28.53, Cool down 30 min.... Total 90min
... And lots of stretching!
