Intervallit on mun lemppari juoksutreeni, aika kuluu nopeasti nopeuksia vaihdellen. Muuten en juoksumatolla juuri viihdy.
Today was the day for the Intervalls! Straight from the bed, trainers on and hop on the treadmill!
Intervalls are my favorite form of exercising, time goes fast changing the speed! Other wise I don't really like treadmills... Makes me bored...
