Pizza Lauantai!

Eilen teki mieli tehda jotain hyvaa ruokaa viikonlopun ja juoksun kunniaksi! Yleison pyynnosta aloin tehda pizzaa! Tein kaikille omat pohjat, ja sitten kukin taytti omilla lemppari taytteilla! (Tomaattikastikkeena kaytin aikaisemmassa postauksessa ollutta ohjetta!) 

Yesterday I wanted to cook something good for the start of the weekend. Audience was asking me to make some pizza! I made own crust for everybody, so everybody gets their favorite toppings. (As a Tomato sauce I used that recipe I shared earlier).


Ready to go in the oven! 
 Pohja/Crust

- 2 1/2dl Water
- some Olive Oil
- pinch of Salt
- 1 pack of Dry Yeast
- Whole Wheat Flour ( I never measure exactly how      much I put... its ready when it doesn't stick in your hands any more)

Toppings:

Homemade Tomato Sauce
Some Tuna Flakes
Onions
Fresh Tomatoes (sliced)
Buffalo Mozzarella
Fresh Basil

Meidan uuni menee ihan omilla lukemilla, eika kiertoilmasta tietoakaan... Eli tarkkaa astelukua on vaikea antaa... Taalla 400F ja noin 15-20min.

Our oven is not really accurate, but 400F and maybe 15-20 mins.


Serve with some Salad!
