Aikaiset aamulenkit juoksen aina tyhjalla vatsalla, mutta lenkin jalkeen on ihana istahtaa kunnon aamupalalle! Tanaan surautin blenderissa "banaani-cashewmaitoa". Todella nopea ja helppo tehda! Tasta ohjeesta tulee noin 3-4 annosta ja sailyy jaakaapissa pari paivaa. (Lisaa taateleita jos haluat makeampaa!)
Banana-cashewmilk
( 3-4 serving)
1 Banana
approx. 1dl Cashews
4 medjool Dates
1 tbsp Hemp seeds
Cinnamon
raw Vanilla powder
salt
approx. 2cups Water
Blend all together and enjoy!
Laitan tata "maitoa" yleensa hedelmien ja marjojen paalle. Tanaan kulhoon meni 1/2 banaani, tuore viikuna , mustikoita ja myslia
Today I had my "milk" with 1/2 banana, fresh fig, blueberries and some raw granola
...And a cup of coffee!
It looks like the rest and shots helped me to get rid of those symptons of getting flu...
So early this morning I put my trainers on and went for a run! The weather was nice and fresh, but not cold at all. I felt pretty good...
I always do my early morning runs with empty stomach so I couldn't wait to get this breakfast...
